We want to make shopping with us as easy, safe, and pleasurable as possible, and so our terms and conditions are very simple & straightforward and will hopefully give you complete peace of mind.

Our Terms & Conditions:
- Free Shipping! - All shipping, postage & packaging in the UK is FREE!For shipping outside the UK please contact us for shipping costs prior to ordering.
- The price you see is the price you pay! - There are absolutely no hidden costs - the indicated price is the only price!
- Secure Payment - All payments are handled by Paypal to ensure complete safety for our customers.
- We never see your card details.
- Returns & Refund Policy - We offer a no quibble returns & 100% money back refund policy on all goods that are returned to us because of damage or faults discovered on delivery, providing that points (i) to (v) below are met.We also work with manufacturers to ensure that you receive their standard product guarantee (usually 6 months).
- (i) We are notified of any fault or damage within 7 days of shipping;
- (ii) The goods must be returned in unused condition, with all tags & labels intact, & in the original packaging;
- (iii) Goods must be returned (ie received by us) via tracked courier within 5 days of notification of any fault or damage.
- (iv) Goods are returned by tracked courier, we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing in the post.
- (v) A replacement is not available.
- Fast Shipping - We hold all of the products on this site in stock where possible, and will where possible ship for next day delivery.However, please be aware that we are continuously shipping out handbags, and receiving stocking orders in, and for this reason some products in rare occurances may take up to 7 days for delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in certain circumstances, but where we agree to accept returns for any reasons we will not be able to refund your return postage, and we also reserve the right to deduct our total postage costs from any refund.
Where possible we will replace damaged or faulty goods with the same make, model, or type, and reserve the right to offer an exact replacement in place of a refund.
We do not accept refunds for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods.
Refunds will be handled promptly, but where necessary we must comply with anti-fraud legislation and requirements, and in these cases please be aware that refunds may be out of our control, and take up to 30 days.
